Security and data
What we hold, and what we do with it
Outreach data is commercially sensitive - who you are targeting is your strategy. Here is exactly how it is handled.
What Outscale reads
Your campaigns, leads and replies from HeyReach or Skylead, and your Sales Navigator licence details. It reads them; it does not send on your behalf unless a capability you have turned on says otherwise.
Who can see it
Your organisation, and your organisation’s own customers - one step, and nothing further. That boundary is enforced in the data layer rather than in the interface, and a check in our build refuses any read that does not name an organisation.
Every endpoint checks who is asking
Server-side, before anything else happens. A hidden button is not a control, and a build check refuses any route that has no access check in it.
Error tracking carries no credentials
No cookies, no request bodies, no passwords, no session tokens. The one personal field we send is the signed-in person’s email address, so an error can be traced to a real account.
We do not sell your data, or train on it
Your campaign data is used to run Outscale for you and to compute your own benchmarks. Where a figure compares you against the field, it is a position in that field and never another customer’s numbers.
Where it lives
European and US infrastructure, with production separated from every test and development environment. Nothing in development ever points at real customer data.
What we do not have yet. Outscale is not SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified. If your procurement process requires either, tell us before you buy rather than after - we would rather lose the sale than have you find out later.
Start with one seat and one campaign.
Point it at what you are already running. If it does not tell you something you did not know within a week, it is not worth the money.
